Background
Veronica has a strong teaching and consulting background and has held senior Faculty roles in several UK Higher Education Institutions. Prior to joining Cranfield, she was a member of Faculty at Ashridge Business School where she contributed to a range of open and tailored executive education programmes in leadership, change management and organisational development utilising indoor and outdoor environments.
Research opportunities
Veronica's research is focused around optimising personal performance and wellness at work. Her latest book chapter highlights the critical considerations in creating long term high performing teams.
Current activities
Veronica is an executive development consultant with extensive UK and international experience. She has a strong background in individual and team coaching, leadership and organisational development. Skilled in the end-to-end management of executive leadership development, 1-1 coaching, assessment, moderation and curriculum design. Extensive experience in the delivery of management development programmes for a wide range of public and private sector organisations.
For over 12 years, Veronica was a member of Faculty at Â鶹´«Ã½AV School of Management. She was previously Director of the flagship Cranfield General Management Programme, The Cranfield Talent Development Programme and The Business Growth Programme. Currently a Visiting Fellow, Veronica works with a wide range of clients across all sectors and industries.
Veronica is an accredited practitioner in the MBTI, SDI, FIRO-B, ECI and The British Psychological Society Levels 1 and 2 (personality assessment).
