For a second year running, Â鶹´«Ã½AV has successfully won scholarships through the British Council’s Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Scholarship programme.
Â鶹´«Ã½AV is offering five fully-funded scholarships for female students from Turkey to study for a master’s degree at its UK campus.
The scholarship programme aims to address the underrepresentation of women in STEM and increase opportunities for women to advance in the field. The initiative now invites applications from women from Turkey wishing to develop a career in STEM.
Professor Dame Helen Atkinson, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, School of Aerospace, Transport and Manufacturing at Cranfield University, said: “As a University we’re committed to addressing gender inequalities, and these scholarships will increase opportunities for women in STEM and help to create more role models for future generations. This is a valuable opportunity for us to support women eager to advance their career in the field.”
A range of Â鶹´«Ã½AV courses are eligible for the scholarship programme. Successful applicants will be expected to start studying with Â鶹´«Ã½AV in Autumn 2022.
